Full-Service Catering

Traditionally, events are planned with a sit-down dinner style that groups guests at tables. The table is usually designed with a couple main entrees and a side. If you desire the elegant and traditional event, you are probably envisioning plated meals and full-service catering that explores every possibility. Full-service catering serves plated meals to each guest, which can eliminate waste and avoid portion control issues. This type of dining experience creates a luxurious and upscale vibe.

Planning the Buffet-Style Event

Not every event and vision requires full-service catering. Sometimes, a buffet-styled event is in the plan. This is the perfect option to mix and match a variety of foods and beverages. Having a spread or arrangement of food on a buffet can also be combined with a full-service catering option. If you are planning a buffet-style event, make sure you have a food manager to control portions and temperature. Drop-off service is designed to deliver your cuisine to banquet staff and food managers for a buffet-style dining experience. Think about how you envision your day and choose the type of service for the dining experience you want to create.

Action Interactive Stations

Savory & Sweet Waffle Station - Made to order waffles with choice of toppings to include whipped cream, powder sugar, butter, sliced bananas, fresh strawberries, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, warm syrup, fried chicken chunks and bacon pieces


Pasta Bar - Prepared to order choice of penne, tri-color rotini or linguini sautéed with chicken, sausage, onions, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, assortment of fresh vegetables topped with Alfredo, marinara or Blush sauce. Station includes: Caesar Salad & Garlic Bread or Breadsticks


Mofongo Station - Prepared to order smashed green plantains with garlic, pork rinds and olive oiltopped with fricassee style chicken or roasted pork “pernil style”


Avocado Station – Diced avocado topped with chicken and assorted toppings to include feta cheese, parmesan cheese, bacon, crispy tortilla strips, garbanzo beans, tri-color cherry tomatoes, roasted corn & black bean salsa and Southwestern ranch

Interactive Taco Cart – Choice of carnitas or chicken tacos with slaw, cilantro garlic aioli and queso fresco prepared on a modern stainless steel cart pushed around your guest. Bringing fresh prepare food to them.

Short Rib Station – 48 Hours Sous Vide Short Rib over truffled red mashed on casserole or served over polenta cake presented on square white plate.

 

Traditional Paella – Saffron rice sautéed with broth, garlic, onions, peas, peppers,
chorizo, chicken and shrimp.

More Fun Stations: Ceviche Bar, Pho Noodle Bar, Papas Locas (Crazy Potatoes) Bar and other amazing stations to choose from.  Attendants are required for all stations at an additional fee.
